Gateway Construction is incredibly excited to welcome Tony Duncan back to our team. In August of 2013, Tony joined the firm as a Project Superintendent. Shortly after, he transitioned into the office, where he would take on the role of Project Engineer and then Project Manager. Tony’s experience includes numerous high-profile tenant improvement projects like numerous expansion jobs for Resolution Biosciences, technology TIs for firms like SkyKick, Niantic and more. In his time away, Tony built large-scale landlord and tenant projects; a phased remodel of the atrium and lobby at Midstation Bellevue & a multi-floor, technical TI for a confidential multimedia tech company, also in Bellevue, WA.
Tony rejoins us as a Senior Project Manager, where he will oversee a team of Tenant Improvement builders who specialize in corporate workplace, capital improvements/repositions, lobby remodels, life sciences & technology TI projects.
