Gateway completed an 11,994 sq. ft. build-out for DNA, with such non-standard elements as a dramatic living green wall at the suite entry and an open ceiling concept throughout the space.
The project included numerous high-end interior finishes, including: polished concrete, a reception desk utilizing a sculpted aspen-veneer system and precast concrete, maple clouds at the conference rooms, storefront systems at the office fronts, and energy-efficient LED light fixtures that complement the reception desk theme.
The DNA project came with a fast-track requirement that it be completed in just eight weeks from start to finish; a requirement that was met thanks to a collaborative team effort with the client and architect. And with extensive budget management from Gateway, we ensured that the project was completed not only on time, but also on budget.
DNA was so pleased with our performance on this project, they selected Gateway to build out a Phase Two expansion.
