When Flinn Ferguson negotiated a new lease with Washington Real Estate Holdings they looked to SKB Architects to design a space that reflected their prominence in the Seattle commercial real estate market.
The result was a stunning 4,654 square-foot Class-A space on the 49th floor of Two Union Square.
Gateway Construction Services was on a select general contractor bid list and was eventually awarded the project based on our past experience with nonstandard projects of this type and the value we offered. Specialized accoutrements include polished-concrete floors, custom-made full-height White Oak sliding doors, a spectacular full-height pivot door at the suite entry, blackened-steel cabinetry, custom-glass whiteboards, and a glass-storefront system by OM Workspace. This was the first nonstandard space completed in Two Union Square and the tenant and landlord are extremely happy with the space.
