Hubbard Radio’s new Bellevue office is the regional headquarters for eight popular stations in the Puget Sound. This particular project required a complex phased-demo and rebuild.
The station had to remain operational 24/7 during creation of the new customer and guest receiving areas. Unique features include acoustic felt baffles in the entryway ceiling, over-sized graphic art on glass walls, large MDF cutouts in conference room ceiling, private huddle areas, and green rooms for station guests. Exposed-concrete columns were used by station employees to express their creativity and to gather signatures from musicians, top performers, and special guests.
