Niantic’s Bellevue office was designed and built to facilitate the overall success of their employees and provide a welcoming environment for clients.
The new space features collaborative open areas, high-end conference rooms, various private and shared offices, sliding-aluminum framed glass walls, and open-to-structure ceilings. Gateway’s responsibilities included the demo of the existing space and the full-trade build-out of class-A contemporary design that showcased natural elements and materials.
