To deliver Pitchbook’s third floor (Floor 24), Gateway provided
full demolition of multiple existing tenant spaces to create a large open structure, completely new MEP installation, and build-out of the new Class-A space.
The project features custom reclaimed-wood installations, ceiling clouds, industrial-style lighting, a bar with high-end tile work, and large flexible lounge area with surrounding booth seating. This project was a successful collaboration between Gateway, Pitchbook user representatives, and JPC and
effective pre-construction planning.
