On this fast-paced, complex interior build-out for Redfin, Gateway delivered 85,000 sf of high-end office and public space that showcased Redfin’s mission and culture.
Features included high-end millwork and upgraded lighting to create a dynamic interior environment. An open vertical staircase is the centerpiece of the space that also includes a café and full catering kitchen. The Gensler-designed workplace includes public, client-facing environments plus back-of-house offices, team rooms, and amenity spaces.
