Savills Studley, a commercial real estate firm, selected Gateway to lead the pre-construction and construction of their new Seattle office at the Russell Investments Center.
This Class-A space includes elegant conference rooms, high-end casework and finishes, perimeter offices, phone rooms, custom wood paneling, and a café.
During pre-construction, Gateway coordinated closely with the MEP team to ensure the tie-in of new equipment was a success. Gateway’s effective value-engineering process for system discovery and review mitigated cost increases and the project was delivered within the original schedule.
