Savills Studley, a commercial real estate firm, selected Gateway to lead the preconstruction and construction of their new Seattle office at the Russel Investment Center. This Class A space includes elegant conference rooms, high-end casework and finishes, perimeter offices, phone rooms, custom wood paneling, and a café.
During preconstruction, Gateway coordinated closely with the MEP team to ensure the tie-in of new equipment was a success. Gateway’s effective value engineering process for system discovery and review mitigated cost increases and the project was delivered within the original schedule.
