Security Properties took nearly 21,000 sf of office in Columbia Center. Gateway interviewed with 4 other general contractors for the Security Properties TI due to our ability to complete the project in 16 weeks. Gateway worked in unison with the building management and the tenant to streamline the schedule and strategize for any unforeseen conditions.
The improvements included complete demolition of the existing office space and a full trade build back. Gateway approached this projects with an aggressive management of the schedule and careful coordination of all construction activities to minimize any disturbances to adjacent tenants, or the building systems.
