Gateway Construction has teamed up wtih Fuego, and Westfield for tenant improvements for Fuego’s newst retail location at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila. The original construction schedule has been set at 7 weeks. Retail improvements include demolition of the existing space; existing finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Construction of new storefront glazing systems, signage, lighting, electrical, casework, interior finishes, columns, cashier center, racking, Stock Room, and Sales Areas.
